South Bend Country Club

We recently celebrated a wedding at SBCC, with the ceremony held on the golf course—a truly picturesque and elegant setting. The outdoor ceremony space comfortably accommodated 100 guests, and the addition of floral arrangements enhanced the atmosphere beautifully. Guests were welcomed with Prosecco as they walked a short distance from the clubhouse to the ceremony site. Golf carts and drivers were available for those needing assistance. The reception began with cocktails and appetizers served on the terrace, bar, and side patio while the bridal party took photos around the grounds. Guests then gathered in the main dining room, where the setup was both elegant and inviting. Dinner was served promptly, and guests appeared to enjoy their meals while sipping wine or the beverage of their choice. The service was warm, attentive, and professional throughout. After dinner, the celebration continued with dancing, and it was clear that everyone had a wonderful time. Corinne Latham, Director of Hospitality, kept everyone on schedule and was monitoring all aspects of the event throughout the evening. Her assistance was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend South Bend Country Club if you

Very beautiful, challenging golf course and nice venue. We were there for an annual client golf outing, and this year, it was fantastic. Last year at the outing, the experience was a disaster, and I left a one-star review. I wanted to update that review because the things that were horrible last year were ALL addressed, and I appreciate the SBCC for stepping it up to make sure this year's outing was fantastic. The service was very good, the food and drinks were excellent, and the golf course was in great shape. From the moment we arrived to when we left later that day, everything and everyone exceeded our expectations. Thank you, SBCC, for making sure our experience this year was first-rate. I applaud you for taking reviews seriously and using them to elevate your product. Well done!

We had a 5 course Italian dinner made by chef Scott, hosted by Golden Years Financial Planning. The country club was decorated beautifully for the Christmas Holiday. The wait staff was cordial and efficient. It’s a beautiful event area!

We had our wedding reception here in October of 2020 and we were completely blown away by the staff and their commitment to making our day as stress free and as memorable as possible. Throughout the entire planning process, Leigh was always ready to answer whatever questions we could think of, even with all the Covid guidelines continually changing! Additionally, Ashley made sure that, even with a tournament going on, we had plenty of opportunities for pictures on their breathtaking course. Finally, we had countless guests tell us that the food, catered Cafe Navarre, was the best they had ever had at a wedding. Overall, the staff went above and beyond and made our day beautiful and run so smoothly! (PC:Bgravesphotography)
